Ananda Rao, Chief Executive & Managing Director

Ananda Rao as the Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of Azurn International is also head of Sales & Marketing. Prior to this, he was CEO & MD of Value Chain International Limited (VCIL). VCIL is a leader in Collaborative Business Process Management. Ananda Rao was the founder and Executive Director and General Manager Sales & Marketing of Infosys Australia, a 100% subsidiary of Infosys Technologies Limited one of the largest global Information Technology companies. He grew Infosys Australia to over 600 people in Australia with revenues over AU$125m . He has a Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Queen's University Canada.

Mr Sudir Kumar (Tony) Giroti Executive Director

Tony was the founder of Azurn Networks Inc and one of the inventors of the Azurn Technology. He has over 15 years of experience in telecommunications, wireless and the Internet. He was also the founding president, CEO and chairman of MaxSol, co-founder president and chairman of Microcomputer Center and president and chairman of the IEEE Power Engineering Society.

Dr Bala Kumble, Executive Director
B.Eng, M.Tech, PhD SMIEEE, MAICD

Dr Kumble is founding Director of Azurn International Ltd. Dr Kumble has 25 years experience in Telecommunications and Information Technology and has led the development and delivery of large telecommunication infrastructures to Corporates, Government Departments, including Education, Aviation, Defence, banking and financial institutions, Telstra Corporation and Telecom New Zealand Australia. As Joint Director for Technology Development , Govt. of India and as Member Secretary National Radar Council Working Groups for Aviation has successfully transferred technology internationally, set up manufacturing and R&D Centres for defence and aviation industry. Dr Kumble holds Bachelors, Masters and PhD degrees (Telecommunication Engineering) and is a Senior Member of IEEE and was awarded the IEEE Millennium Medal for outstanding contributions

Rama Kumble: Global Head, Convergence Solutions & COO Value Chain International Ltd.

Rama Kumble is responsible for delivering Convergence Solutions to specific market verticals Globally. He is also Chief Operating Officer for Value Chain International a subsidiary of Azurn International Ltd. Rama is a seasoned IT Professional with over 20 years of solid delivery experience. He is a seasoned serial entrepreneur and was a founding member of Majoris. Before joining VCIL, Rama was a Group Engagement Manager from Infosys Technologies, managing one of it's largest accounts in Asia Pacific. Rama holds a Master's degree from the Indian Institute of Science.

Neelesh Marik: Senior Vice President & Business Head Publishing
B Tech, PGDM
As Head of the Digital Publishing business, Neelesh Marik is based in United Kingdom and is responsible for Sales & Marketing for Value Chain. Prior to Value Chain, Neelesh was Head of Sales for Infosys Technologies in the UK and a member of the company’s EMEA management council. He was part of the set up team in 1999 that built the UK client base for Infosys, and helped many European corporates achieve competitiveness by leveraging the global delivery model for their IT and Operations. Before Infosys Neelesh has had a stint as a Manager with Andersen Consulting India, as Head of Franchise Operations for Coca Cola in Bombay, and in senior sales roles with Coats Viyella across multiple consumer and industrial thread markets in India. Neelesh has a PGDM from IIM Bangalore and a B.Tech from IIT Bombay.

Richard Flory: Head Corporate and Legal and Company Secretary

Richard is the Global Head of Corporate & Legal is responsible globally for all Azurn and its subsidiary Corporate Management. Richard has more than 20 years experience as a commercial lawyer during which time he has been involved in advising to and setting up businesses both in Australasia and in the US region. He specializes in IP and IP management, finance, company structures and capital raising. Richard is a graduate of Melbourne University and is the Company Secretary for Azurn International Ltd

Roger Anthony: Financial Controller & CFO Value Chain International Ltd.
CPA

Roger Anthony in addition to being Financial Controller of Azurn International Ltd, is also CFO of Value Chain International Ltd. Prior to joining Value Chain, Roger was the Director of Anthony Financial Services. Roger holds a Master of Financial Management from the University of Central Queensland, an MBA from Deakin University, as well as a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management also from Deakin Uni. Roger is a Fellow CPA, a Fellow of the Chartered Association of Certified Accountants, UK, a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants, UK, a Chartered Company Secretary from ICS, and also the Finance Director of the Independent Petroleum Marketers of Australia. Previously, he was the General Manager of Corporate Business - Zimsen Partners Pty Ltd; Financial Controller of Oasis Group of Companies; Financial Controller of Motorgear Parts and Accessories Pty Ltd; Finance Manager of the City of Port Phillip.

Anandaraman Velu: Head of Operations - India

Anand is an IT professional with over 14 years of experience in delivering services to customers across the globe. He was instrumental in establishing Infosys in the Energy sector, and in the Australian market. Before joining VCIL Anand was Head Service Delivery Offshore - Australian Customers, at Infosys. Anand holds a Bachelor Degree in Engineering.

Josephine Too: Head Channel Sales

Josephine Too is responsible for managing Channels in Australia. Josephine has more than 10yrs of experience in IT consulting and eBusiness Strategy Consulting at Infosys and Scient. Prior to joining VCIL, she was the Head of Sales & Marketing for Infosys China and member of the China Management Council. Her experience spans across general enterprise sales, strategic large account and partners management. She started Infosys office in Singapore and built one of the largest global accounts in Germany. Josephine speaks Mandarin, Cantonese and basic German. She holds a Bachelor Degree in Engineering from NTU of Singapore.

Martyn Daniels: VP Publishing Marketing and Media

Martyn has worked for many years as a Senior Executive in blue chip organizations in the retail, oil and automotive sectors. He entered publishing as Director of Strategic Development at VISTA Computer Services where he was responsible for, and a contributor to, their highly acclaimed ‘Publishing in the 21st Century’ research series, the primary creator behind publishing services PubEasy and ‘batch.co.uk’ and the initiator of the development of new Front Office systems to support publishers. In 2006 he authored the Booksellers Association highly acclaimed digitization report ‘Brave New World’ which looked at the opportunities for retailers.

Sol Rosenberg: VP Publishing Solutions

Sol leads the USA Publishing Solutions group and has been at the forefront of “digital publishing” for over a decade and is now recognised as a digital publishing & marketing strategist. Previously, he was a co-founder of the early ebook pioneer Versaware, which blazed the trail for many of the digital publishing strategies in use today. In 1985, Sol began “The Computer Connection,” the first nationally-syndicated radio show in the USA focusing exclusively on computers & hi-tech. He was a cofounder of Future Vision Multimedia, a software publishing Company, which was later acquired by The Learning Company.
